Toria Summerfield is a fransaskois singer-songwriter from Treaty 6, Saskatoon, SK., influenced by Amy Winehouse, Patsy Cline and Lana Del Rey. Summerfield has gained interest as her music merges confessional lyrics and melancholic themes with a lo-fi, alternative R&B sound. Summerfield has recently released her 3rd piece of work produced by Dex Riley entitled, From Her Rib.

Toria Summerfield has started to gain attraction as her music has begun to become recognized within Canadian media, being featured in ‘Beatroute’, ‘Planet S’, ‘L’eau vive’, ‘Corduroy Threads’ and ‘Howard & Lloyd’, all in 2020. Recognized both nationally and internationally, Summerfield’s first overseas interview took place in April 2020, with a publication based in Spain known as, ‘Some Songs’. 

Creating music and playing shows since 2016, Summerfield has been playing music her entire life, writing and composing from a young age. Toria Summerfield played countless house shows in her early years, graduating to more prestigious shows in 2020, including the ‘International Women’s Day Benefit Concert’, and most notably, ‘Lugo Love’, an event that attracts around 1,000 patrons annually.
